SHIPPING COST

Shipping charges are based on the weight and dimension of the items ordered. We offer a variety of the shipping method via multiple carriers. You may calculate your shipping cost prior to checkout from either the product page or the shopping cart page.

Local delivery is a flat rate of $9.50.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

We offer shipments to all provinces & territories in Canada. Drase supply also offers shipping to the United States. You may save two shipping addresses when you create an account, but you may ship to only one address per order.

SHIPPING METHODS AND OPTIONS

At Drase Supply we allow our customers to select their preferred shipping method. Multiple shipping methods will be available to select and we offer the following methods:

Local Delivery (within 50 kilometers of our Brampton ON warehouse)
Canada Post
UPS
ISG Transportation (For pallet shipments)

Orders will ship the next available business day following the day the order was placed. Business days do not include weekends and holidays. To ensure next day delivery, orders must be received by 12:00 p.m. EST.

Due to their size all products over 100 lbs will be shipped via ISG Transportation by freight truck. A dock must be present for orders over 100lbs. Please allow 7-10 business days for freight delivery.

For parcel shipments, packages will be delivered outside the front door of the shipping address. White glove delivery (inside building delivery or product set up) is not currently available.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT

You will receive an email notification when all or part of your order ships. The email will provide the information you need to track your shipment.
